Shipping Information:
We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It takes us 24-48 hours to process your order. We usually ship via USPS Priority mail which takes 3-5 business days (not including processing time). Please allow a week to receive your order. For international orders it can take 2 weeks or longer depending on your country's Customs and regulations. If you have an urgent order, please let us know ahead of time. We can arrange, for an extra fee, overnight shipping for domestic orders.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Because of the perishable nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns unless you receive a damaged item. For returns on henna powder, you must let us know within one week of receiving your order if there is a problem. We will refund or replace at our discretion. We do not accept returns on henna paste.
